I encountered problems with my order. A representative contacted me about a specific kit and mentioned they would include a coloring shampoo. However, the order I received had no shampoo, only serums and capsules, and instead of the shampoo, I got a scalp scrub that I can't use. I requested the correct shampoo and asked for the scrub to be taken back, but there has been no response. Very disappointing service.
