Here's the reality of their so-called 'Premium' Service: Shipping Issues: I received 2 Shampoos and no Conditioners, despite paying for a complete kit and getting the wrong items. False Promises of a 'Dedicated Coach': No one reached out to me upon delivery as promised. I had to pursue them myself. When I finally got through, a random representative provided me with incorrect usage instructions, leading me to use the product improperly for 2 days until I contacted them again for the correct information.
