Extremely disappointed with Thrive Hair 👎
They advertised a “1+1 offer,” I placed my order, and after waiting for 3 days, they suddenly canceled it without any proper explanation. Now they’re saying the offer doesn’t even exist. This feels completely misleading and unprofessional.
Also, the reviews online look highly suspicious — seems like most of them are fake or paid just to attract customers. This kind of false marketing and poor customer handling is unacceptable.
Honestly, Traya is far better in terms of transparency and service.
