Booked a ticket from Newark to Amsterdam.Credit is charged, but I couldn't check in. Called the airline company, and they said: Credit card was declined, so the ticket was already cancelled. I booked the flight a few days ago and no one at Thrive messaged me that the ticket was cancelled. I even got confirmation from an employee of them that all was good, and I was set.Horrible service and I would not book here again. This is dangerous business if you are preparing for a long distance flight, just to find out 15 hours before take off, you have no ticket.
