It's been 24 hours since I provided my payment details for a flight from LHR to SJC on 01/01/2026 via MSP. I attempted to chat on the website but received no reply. I also emailed them and got no response. When I called, all the representatives were “busy.” They seem to have time to respond to customers here but not to their actual clients. I cannot recommend using this service for flight bookings. I’m baffled by their high rating when their customer support is so lacking. It's incredibly frustrating. Avoid this service!
