I’m having the same problem as many others. So far I have been on hold for 1 and half hours waiting to cancel my membership. I did get through to someone and halfway through the process we were disconnected. Unbelievable , based on this situation I would not recommend this company . There isn’t anywhere on the website to cancel so they make you go through this and I can’t delete my credit card . Stay away.
