The company assured us multiple times that we would only incur a $20 co-pay, yet we received a substantial bill about six weeks after our last appointment. Despite my request to refrain from charging my credit card until we sorted out this issue, they processed the payment anyway. Their service fees are quite steep, and I found the therapist to lack adequate training and experience. I will not be returning to this service and cannot recommend it.
