Their therapists generally are low caliber. Like they are all experts in everything but specialized in nothing. I called them to switch therapists when I didn't think I would make progress with the person I was with, and they set me up with a woman I really felt like I jived with. Out of the blue, I get an email saying she is out of network and they automatically just cancel 8 appointments. Leaving me in a very precarious position. Irresponsible and unethical when you are dealing with mental illness. I called to request that they cover some transitional visits while I find a new doctor and was given the run around. Their support team is an absolute joke. Extremely incompetent people. Thriveworks truly doesn't care at all about their patients. Unfortunately I've been in therapy for most of my life and this was the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. I was told someone specialized in BDD but it wasn't even on their site bio. They probably didn't even know what I was referring to. Disgraceful.
