Terrible customer service - It was not made clear at all at point of purchasing the samples months ago that this was a subscription. To my surprise a payment came out and I reached out immediately to cancel the order. 3 emails later and I'm still receiving the same copy and paste response about cancelling my subscription. I don't want to do that, I've already cancelled the subscription. I want to cancel the electrolytes. When I finally speak to someone who doesn't seem to be a bot they can't cancel the other anymore since it took too long. Maybe if I got the support I asked for 3 emails ago this wouldn't be an issue. Very scammy, also the worst subscription cancellation process I've ever experienced, I think I got asked if I'm sure 10 times!!
