No way of cancelling the subscription via the account portal. There's also no sign of my order showing up in the orders history section.
How do I cancel the subscription when there's no evidence of any order?
It was received last weekend ok.
I will have to contact my bank to stop any future payments being taken, and failing that..trading standards. With no means to cancel a subscription, this is in full breach of the consumer contract regulations.
The seven day window to cancel future orders would have been on Wednesday. I placed the order on the 18th, yet 12 days in & still no option to cancel recurring.
I liked the product but the fact you seem locked into a subscription you cannot manually pause or stop altogether is off putting & illegal I'm sure.
I've emailed my order number in the hope the rolling subscription can be cancelled for me please. If money is taken mid month after I've asked for this to be cancelled, I will have to escalate this to trading standards under the consumer contract regulation.
The product is fine. The customer service is awful. They offer a free trial and a 'cancel anytime' yet make it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription.
I emailed through the website before the subscripton renewed and received no response. I emailed again just after the subscription renewed (which I did not want) and they replied quickly with an AI copy/paste response rather than responding to my individual queries surrounding cancellation and refund. I responded again and have since been ignored.
They need to make it clear how to actually cancel the subscription. It should be on the website, within the FAQS and in email comms too. I appreciate they don't want everyone cancelling and taking advantage of the trial but it's incredibly unfair to 1) not respond and 2) try to purposely make it difficult for customers to cancel a subscription and 3) ignore specific queries addressed to the support service.

Terrible customer service - It was not made clear at all at point of purchasing the samples months ago that this was a subscription. To my surprise a payment came out and I reached out immediately to cancel the order. 3 emails later and I'm still receiving the same copy and paste response about cancelling my subscription. I don't want to do that, I've already cancelled the subscription. I want to cancel the electrolytes. When I finally speak to someone who doesn't seem to be a bot they can't cancel the other anymore since it took too long. Maybe if I got the support I asked for 3 emails ago this wouldn't be an issue. Very scammy, also the worst subscription cancellation process I've ever experienced, I think I got asked if I'm sure 10 times!!
Utterly abismal customer service - do not sign up, it’s extremely difficult to unsubscribe the button is hidden and customer services keep putting it back on the individual. So much wasted time and energy and the product isn’t great either!!!
Excellent product, it's my first order with Thirsty and i was not disappointed. Packaged well, delivery was a little slow, but well worth waiting for. Taste is superb, and I will have no hesitation in recommending Thirst and looking forward to my next order.
