No way of cancelling the subscription via the account portal. There's also no sign of my order showing up in the orders history section.
How do I cancel the subscription when there's no evidence of any order?
It was received last weekend ok.
I will have to contact my bank to stop any future payments being taken, and failing that..trading standards. With no means to cancel a subscription, this is in full breach of the consumer contract regulations.
The seven day window to cancel future orders would have been on Wednesday. I placed the order on the 18th, yet 12 days in & still no option to cancel recurring.
I liked the product but the fact you seem locked into a subscription you cannot manually pause or stop altogether is off putting & illegal I'm sure.
I've emailed my order number in the hope the rolling subscription can be cancelled for me please. If money is taken mid month after I've asked for this to be cancelled, I will have to escalate this to trading standards under the consumer contract regulation.
