For a year I used and loved Thryv. It was a little expensive for my small business but it made life so much easier it was worth it. I used the group text which still works well and the reason this is not one star. The social media posting which I hate now and the thryv pay which no longer charges the customer the fee. So I am now looking for options to save the almost $2500 I spend on Thryv on something else. You had a great service but not what I want anymore. I would stay if the amount was adjusted but it's just not worth it to be frustrated.
