If there was an option for a "less than one star review" I would use it. Everything was overpromised and there was no follow through. Complete bait and switch. Both of my web and CRM team members were fired in the process with no communication to me that this happened and I wasn't assigned new ones.
I can honestly say that Thryv underperformed at every step. I emailed the management with 20 of the myriad iissues and I requested a refund. I had to go through hoops for them to follow through with the refund. I haven't recieved it yet because they sent it to some other client by mistake.

Disappointing experience with unfulfilled commitments.

We were misled with numerous unfulfilled commitments. You might as well toss your money in the trash! The service was advertised but not provided, leading to business calls that we couldn't profit from. Additionally, our business name was incorrectly advertised! We are paying this company $1610.00 monthly for absolutely nothing. Initially signed up for a 6-month term, they keep insisting we have extra months left, now claiming two additional months. We finally received written confirmation that our terms end on 12-30-25. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone!

Convoluted processes and service staff…

Convoluted processes and service staff are combative. You spend an hour on calls being transferred to request a cancellation and a year later get a bill and a whole host of attitude like they are doing you a favour for "waving the fees" you apparently owe. They also try to argue you never cancelled despite having moved providers and there being evidence of doing so in other areas like the hosting.

The hands-on personal attention to MY needs has been so helpful. Everything is explained to me in language that is understandable for my not-so-advanced level of technology. I love that I can call in with a question and get an immediate response. I would definitely recommend Thryv, 100%.

I was very impressed with Jesse Barger and Damita Hill. They both made the needle move. I recommended another lead to them and they are very impressed by their efforts and diligence to move the needle. My last developer totally ignored my expectations and I had to try another company out of reluctance. However Jesse Barger contacted me several times and I decided to give it a try. I am now very impressed! So 5 Stars plus I will recommend to my other colleagues.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I have been a client for several years. For the past few months they have hassled and wasted my time saying I have an overdue invoice. I prove to them I don’t and they apologize and then the same harassment starts over the next month.I asked for my service to be cancelled and they want to book a time. No cancel my service please.It is awful how poorly run their business is.

The worst software ON EARTH

I have been building websites for over 8 years from custom vanilla HTML PHP React Wordpress Duda, I have seen it all. I can tell you with aggressive professional authority this platform is the worst software I have ever used in my life. Hard to customize , useless menus and changes the most random things that I didn't even touch. I have an ethical responsibility as an Engineer to urge you not to use this. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE DEEPLY ASHAMED.
