After payment (August 27), installation was partial and inoperative; panels were not assembled. Despite multiple formal reminders (notices of default, termination), no concrete response. On September 5th, the technician did a partial, rushed job. He ignored my instructions, installed the battery in the hallway instead of the attic (cracking my decorative wall in the process), and left early because he 'wanted to go home.' He installed the inverter but ZERO solar panels. Since then, it has been a nightmare. The company ghosted me for months. When I complained, the manager admitted the errors by phone, but the owner later denied everything via email, trying to blame me for 'not giving access.' To prove them wrong, I gave them UNCONDITIONAL ACCESS to my home on December 8th to finish the job. Result? Total silence. They have ignored me for over a month. I have paid ~€10k (via Warmtefonds), my wall is damaged, the battery has been useless at 7% charge for 4 months, and their customer service is non-existent once they secure the funding. Unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
