I had a call from Niek to confirm my in house appointment and explain what I should expect. I told him that my dutch wasn't very good, so he would need to speak slowly. He offered to speak english but I prefer to try I Dutch as much as possible.Niek was very accommodating and did his best to communicate with me. When I really couldn't understand him, he was happy to repeat himself in Dutch and if needed in English. I command his patience and flexibility
I recently got a first contact to plan a visit for next week so that they can prepare a sustainability report.On that phone call, the attendant was able to quickly answer all the questions that I had so far. The call did not take that much of my time, but he managed to answer the questions in a clear and friendly manner.Choosing the date and time for planning the appointment was a flexible procedure.Overall, my first impression was very positive.
After payment (August 27), installation was partial and inoperative; panels were not assembled. Despite multiple formal reminders (notices of default, termination), no concrete response. Negative experience: inadequate timing and communication.UPDATE 13-01-2026:I signed a contract in August 2025. It is now January 2026, and I still have no working solar panels. On September 5th, the technician did a partial, rushed job. He ignored my instructions, installed the battery in the hallway instead of the attic (cracking my decorative wall in the process), and left early because he 'wanted to go home.' He installed the inverter but ZERO solar panels. Since then, it has been a nightmare. The company ghosted me for months. When I complained, the manager admitted the errors by phone, but the owner later denied everything via email, trying to blame me for 'not giving access.' To prove them wrong, I gave them UNCONDITIONAL ACCESS to my home on December 8th to finish the job. Result? Total silence. They have ignored me for over a month. I have paid ~€10k (via Warmtefonds), my wall is damaged, the battery has been useless at 7% charge for 4 months, and their customer service is non-existent once they secure the funding. Unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Zergan was lovely, explained everything in great detail and helped out with any questions that arose. The whole process can be very confusing and I think he managed to explain it all very patiently. Unfortunately, it is not a great moment for us financially, but when we decide to follow through, I would definitely reach out to him again for this.
I got a hybrid heater and solar panels through Warmtefonds and as an expat, having all contacts in english was super nice. All contacts were helpful and kind and answered all the questions I had, from the insulation analyst to the installation team.
