The order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I saw the courier arrive at my address, and a moment later the map disappeared and the order was marked as delivered. However, there was no food and nothing was left at my door.
I paid €30 only to end up still hungry before work and now I have to wait several days for a refund (if they even return the money). This is unacceptable service. Situations like this make it very hard to trust the platform, especially when couriers can mark orders as delivered without actually handing them over.
I hope consequences will be taken regarding the courier who marked the order as delivered while being at my address.
