Worse Delivery experience EVER !!!! If I give it 0 stars I would.Thule make use of cheap delivery services even when you pay for delivery.I ordered a simple small item ( A KEY)Dated ordered 6th January 2026. A month onwards and I still have not received my order. JUST FOR A KEY !!!!!!Apparently their courier warehouse burnt down! SHAME! Nobody informed me. I have to chase them to get the confirmation that my KEY was burnt !Next they use another cheap scape courier service in GLS, send me a track number 9 days ago, and the item is still sitting in FRANCE !!! Let me guess their warehouse got FLOODED by a storm !!???Imagine I had ordered something far more expensive. Not in a million years will I do that! Please take caution on your purchases
