The first lead I received was just someone inquiring about prices for a friend, and I was charged $180 for that. This person never replied to my message, and my request for a refund was denied. It feels like a money grab—charging $180 for a lead that wasn't even a serious customer is outrageous. The service has clearly declined over the years.
