Great Product! it took a few weeks longer then i expected, due to covid there were delays in shipping and a buying frenzy due to the political environment.. also i guess business days don't include weekends or holidays lol i should of thought of that when i read their warning it would take up to 31 business days. that is kind of like 2 months during holiday season ( ordered it in December) and being the first time I ordered from them i was concerned after 35 days.. But i emailed them and they responded right away, gave me an answer and told me when they were planning to ship out that week.. i got my product and i am very happy with it. not only was it as i ordered but most everywhere else was out of stock and I'm lucky to of found the item I wanted from a company that followed threw. nobody likes to wait when they are ordering a new tool but its worth it with this company. planning to do business with them again. thank you!
