Back during the scamdemic and retro rifles were all the rage you couldn’t get a2 upper receivers anywhere Thunder was the first one to start cranking them out again and I was able to build a really nice government carbine clone Hats off to the fine people of Thunder Tactical
The product was fine, but you better use a pre paid card to make your order... Right after my order was delivered I started getting bogus charges to Knots Berry farm and Legoland in CA... I am positive it was leaked from these guys.
I would never recommend on service alone. My debit information was stolen when I made purchase. Info was sent to Nigeria and then an account was set up with remitly. Took 1500. It was refunded by Remitly! Thunder tactical is either doing this or doesn't care that they have been hacked.. Very poor communication.. they never answered, replied, returned calls, or emails. They over charged for shipping! Charged shipping on each item not just shipping in one box as it was shipped. I did get the purchases within 2 weeks.no issues on product but everything else was horrible!
Thunder tactical/thunder guns used to be great with order fulfillment. As of late they lack customer service and fulfill orders incorrectly. Received wrong item, and because it was only $14 difference, I decided it wasn’t worth the RMA. However, the wrong part had missing components. After two weeks of “service” emails, one another wrong part was sent to me. So, two $90 items - useless. Non responsive “customer service”. All via email and NO results. Spend your cash elsewhere.
Worst place ever!They took my online order. Within 24 hours, I started getting fraud alerts as my credit card number was being used fraudulently in CA and FL.They never responded to any correspondence, never shipped the items, just worked my card at a bunch of crappy restaurants and Disneyworld.
