I've edited this to 1 star as Thurlow Nunn are absolutely useless. I responded to their below request for further information and I've not heard a thing from them. This further proves that they just want your money and then have nothing to do with you once they've got it.The buying process was good and issues with the car I was buying were fixed. Ranj kept me upto date with videos of the car. If you're looking for after sales support though, this is not the place to buy from. Even though they advertise themselves as having a great and supportive after sales team, 6 weeks on from buying my car, I've not heard a thing. It makes me realise that they're excellent until they get your money and then they quickly lose interest in you.
