We purchased a used vehicle from a dealership for around £7,000. Within months, it developed significant issues, including knocking noises, oil leaks, and excessive oil consumption. The vehicle was returned multiple times. We raised concerns about oil consumption early on but were repeatedly told there was no issue, despite clear signs. Eventually, we learned the vehicle had a serious internal engine fault. The dealership refused to acknowledge this as a formal rejection under consumer rights, offering a 'goodwill repurchase' with an unreasonable deduction. Our requests for a formal rejection were denied, and the matter is now with external authorities.
I had a frustrating experience in the service department. When I called for an update, I was informed that I had already been updated earlier, with no new timeline provided. I was questioned about my call hours later. I was disappointed as I expected better service given that I was paying for the repairs. The representative who answered was quite unfriendly.

I placed a £199 deposit on a vehicle I found on the website during a promotional sale. I was thrilled to secure the car and received an email confirming my reservation, after which I arranged financing. A few hours later, I was contacted and told the vehicle was already reserved. Despite having confirmation and having sorted out finances, I was informed I could not have the vehicle without any alternatives being offered. This lack of customer service and failure to honor a reservation was very disappointing.
