I am so sad that the company have promising shoe quality but what lets them down is the service. In fact, I want my boots in time for my special wedding ceremony at the end of march 2026 and I have received no correspondence after more than 5 emails. I have provided my order number Order #4708253
and I required a size change to be a UK size 5.5 as I had been sent a US equivalent. How wonderful it would have been to have these in time for my special day!
