Extremely poor service experience. I have been waiting for over 5 months with no delivery of my order. When I reach out via email, no one seems to have any information. I requested a refund but received no response. Inquiring about my order results in vague promises of follow-up, but it has been months without any updates. I placed my order on July 1st, and to this day, I have not received anything. They took my money quickly, and I will not be using this platform again.
