I ordered the holy bible from their store which is double the price on amazon they said i will took 8 days i have never received it they cancelled my order no tracking which is a scam...I requested a refund to my Visa they are bluffing and said you will recieve it in 15 days which is a scam...no body answers emails
Do not trust this website. It is a calculated scam operation. If you contact them to ask about your order status, you will be cycled through a sequence of three names: Annie, Farooq, and Sara. They act interested in your request and ask for "two days" to investigate.
After those two days, they provide a fake update claiming your order is reaching their warehouse in the US and will take another week to reach Dubai. This is a stalling tactic. They are simply buying time to ensure the credit card transaction clears and the "grace period" for a simple bank reversal passes.
The moment they are safe, they wipe your records and tracking numbers from their website entirely. There is no trace left of your purchase. They are deceiving customers with timelines just to secure the funds.
I filed an official report with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED).

You people are number one fraud . Taking money in the against of product ; you are showing and deducting money from the customer account and not delivering the product and not returning the money .
This website should be banned immediately.
The price of the product changed during the ordering process. I went ahead with the order but did not receive the delivery as promised. The waiting time on the phone is excessively long, and be ready to call multiple times before you can finally speak to someone (I managed to speak with them twice, but in both instances, I did not receive the promised follow-up call or email regarding my order status or a solution; subsequent attempts were unsuccessful in reaching them). The chat support is also very slow (it took over 25 minutes just to get them to cancel my order). Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
I am writing to convey my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent order, which I placed on October 24, 2025. Despite numerous calls to the support team, I have been met with delays and vague responses, leaving me without any resolution or explanation. I paid for my order and expect it to be delivered promptly. It is unacceptable to still be waiting after such a lengthy period. I urge you to look into this situation immediately and provide me with a clear update on my order's status. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have to consider other alternatives.
Extremely poor service experience. I have been waiting for over 5 months with no delivery of my order. When I reach out via email, no one seems to have any information. I requested a refund but received no response. Inquiring about my order results in vague promises of follow-up, but it has been months without any updates. I placed my order on July 1st, and to this day, I have not received anything. They took my money quickly, and I will not be using this platform again.
This platform seems untrustworthy. I made a purchase that was subsequently cancelled, but after seven months of consistent inquiries and unfulfilled assurances, I still haven't received my refund. To avoid the risk of losing your money, I highly suggest steering clear of this site.
I wish I could rate this store even lower. It's a scam; I strongly recommend against buying anything from them. They continuously make empty promises. They initially claim there are supply issues and then delay refunds while failing to adequately respond to inquiries. The staff should not be in customer service, and this store deserves penalties!
