The price of the product changed during the ordering process. I went ahead with the order but did not receive the delivery as promised. The waiting time on the phone is excessively long, and be ready to call multiple times before you can finally speak to someone (I managed to speak with them twice, but in both instances, I did not receive the promised follow-up call or email regarding my order status or a solution; subsequent attempts were unsuccessful in reaching them). The chat support is also very slow (it took over 25 minutes just to get them to cancel my order). Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
