We terminated our contract with TK Elevator in June. Technicians falsified information on reports, did not communicate with me or my staff and caused tens of thousands of dollars of repairs through neglect of equipment. Management at all levels was difficult to reach, inconsistent (my contacts changed often) and did not correct technician issues when brought to their attention. I was surprised to learn from other colleagues that technicians would park in the parking lot to appear to management that they were performing maintenance, but never stepped foot in the building.
