I've been waiting for a response to arrange an appointment with a different member of the brokerage assistant team due to their unprofessional behavior. I'm considering switching teams because of the inadequate communication and professionalism in the group I was assigned to. I've informed the team manager and a specific person who is supposed to address these issues, assuming they hold a higher position. I'm very disappointed! I may need to look into changing my investments to another company.
