TIAA is a difficult retirement company to work with. I have been through a long and hard divorce and they only made the process worse. It has been three years. They did not transfer the funds and so I need to fill out all their forms again. Then they ask if I am divorced. Yes that is what a QDRO is and I was royally ripped up.
