I showed up for my first appointment 15 minutes early as they request. I sat in the lobby for an hour without anyone calling me. When I finally asked they said they could put me in a room but the provider was “backed up” and wouldn’t be able to see me for another 1/2 hour. It was a complete waste of two hours that I missed work for.
