I showed up for my first appointment 15 minutes early as they request. I sat in the lobby for an hour without anyone calling me. When I finally asked they said they could put me in a room but the provider was “backed up” and wouldn’t be able to see me for another 1/2 hour. It was a complete waste of two hours that I missed work for.

Absolutely terrible. An hour wait on the phone only for the doctor to be quite rude and dismissive. Had a complete disregard for me and all he said was i'm not sure you should go see someone. Did not seem to listen to me or my complaints and simply wanted to pass me off. This was a horrific experience. There was no care about the extensive wait time which i would have completely understood had my experience been different. He acted as if he just wanted to get paid. A waste of my time and money please save yourself the effort and go somewhere else or do not book with Dr. Onyedikachi Igbo.
I don't have a family physician and walk-in clinics are limited in my area. Dr. Mohammadreza Etemadifar is very professional, informative and compassionate. My experience with Tia Health was excellent, considering I was leary at first due to some negative reviews.
I'm highly impressed with this organization. I like the fact that they have specialist contacts without having to do the daunting task of research. It also has a spa-like vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I had been looking for months for primary care provider. I'm very thankful to have come across Tia!
