The intake form was a bit redundant, but easy to complete, I was able to get an appointment same day,(within the hour actually) the phone call came in exactly when scheduled, the doctor was pleasant and thorough, I will absolutely be using this service again, especially since I just found out my GP is closing his practise this month.
