I went to book got an appointment and the doctor canceled. So I booked another apointment and the call came in long distance from Bosnia so I did not answer it, I then wrote them back asking for a refund but did not get it nor did I get a reply, until I made a claim with my credit card company. After the claim they agreed to refund the money but wrote me a email saying that the nurse practitioner called twice, which was not true, I was ready at the time of the call but the number was long distance nd different than the one I was told to expect. I tried to write them to show them proof but their email is a no reply email
