I made the mistake of not reading the Google reviews for this service because it was recommended by the urgent care clinic.I booked an appointment to get a requisition for some blood work. The doctor was not rude, but extremely rushed, and more than anything seemed more confused on how this service is supposed to work than I was. He didn't collect or confirm any information at all outside of my first name, and couldn't answer even simple questions like how or when I would receive the requisition, or confirm that the information on it was correct.I received the requisition by email a little over a day later and took it to the lab right away. There I was refused service because the requisition contained no contact information for the doctor, and they couldn't find him in a database of registered physicians.At this point I will just cut my losses and go wait for half a day at a walk in clinic to see a real person. I'm sure this company isn't technically a scam, but good luck if you have any issues. They have no phone number, and the only contact method is a 250 character maximum text form. I am looking forward to their AI generated reply telling me to use this form to get in touch.
