I have been using Tia Health for the past 2 years and have always been happy with the service and quick diagnosis. I scheduled an appointment to get antibiotics before leaving to go out of country and the first Dr cancelled the appt. Made another appointment for that same day with a different Dr who was an hour late for the appt and then cancelled the appt due to not uploading a picture. How do I upload a picture of a cough and sore throat? Needless to say I went out of country without the medication I needed and have been completely miserable all trip. Not a happy camper. Would not recommend.
