She’s contacted you via every avenue. It is my daughter’s first birthday and you haven’t even bothered to get back to her regarding the order. You are quick to post Molly Mae wearing your clothes but not quick to respond to normal customers.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if no date was agreed, within 30 days. As this has not happened, you are in breach of contract.I am therefore exercising my right to cancel the contract and request a full refund, including any standard delivery charges.Please confirm when this refund will be processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 14 days, I will pursue further action, including contacting my payment provider and seeking advice from Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.
