I bought my niece a £50 voucher for her first Christmas, in 2024, and her mum placed an order worth £80 the following May, I am writing this in Feb 2026… She still hasn’t received her order or any refund or any sort of communication for that matter.

If I could vote 0 I would!! Placed an order 23rd September 2025. 4 months ago to date. Hadn’t heard anything so contacted a month later and no response. Continuously kept contacting before Christmas as it was a Christmas product. My mum also tried and managed to get a response. The item I bought was suddenly removed off the website. Tia Roses said I would receive a refund, however I am still waiting. I continued contacting them via email and instagram DM, still no response. I’ve left comments on Instagram public posts, in which these have been hidden. Absolutely unprofessional, takes your money and doesn’t fulfil your order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Do NOT order from here! I ordered over 3 months ago and still haven’t received my order. When I contact them I get completely ignored! For the price they sell the cardigans you would expect top costumer service. Save the trouble and don’t bother.
The lack of service my sister has received is diabolical. Or shall I say no service. The order was made more than 10 weeks ago and no body has even bothered to answer her. She’s contacted you via every avenue. It is my daughter’s first birthday and you haven’t even bothered to get back to her regarding the order. You are quick to post Molly Mae wearing your clothes but not quick to respond to normal customers.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if no date was agreed, within 30 days. As this has not happened, you are in breach of contract.I am therefore exercising my right to cancel the contract and request a full refund, including any standard delivery charges.Please confirm when this refund will be processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 14 days, I will pursue further action, including contacting my payment provider and seeking advice from Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.
