Had a problem at the hotel for the day package that I booked for 3 persons. I was using a voucher. Did not have a document from ticket box only the voucher. It was embarrassing, but Mr Chundun from ticket box sorted out the confusion immediately and my friends and I went on to have a fabulous day. Thank you Mr Chundun
