I had to create an account, and received numerous one-time codes to authenticate, but couldn’t find the shared ticket in my account, which didn’t exist. Additionally, accessing my profile data to make changes was frustrating; there was no option to navigate back or to a 'Home' screen, making it impossible to proceed. It feels like a poorly developed app in dire need of extensive testing.
