From Frustration to Satisfaction

What started as a frustrating experience turned into a positive one. After booking my tickets, the team contacted me requesting an additional payment, which I agreed to. Later, they informed me of a technical issue that doubled the amount. I felt the pricing on the website was misleading compared to other vendors. However, the team quickly stepped in to assist and ultimately secured me the tickets I wanted, which were unbeatable on any other platform.

Frustrated with the support after email change

I had to change my email address through no fault of my own. My tickets for a holiday event were sent to that address before my account became inaccessible. Unfortunately, I hadn't saved the tickets. They were sold through a third-party platform, and the company couldn't assist me in retrieving them. I've filled out several forms, as advised on the platform's website, but the event date is approaching. Despite providing my new email address and phone number in the forms, I haven't received any communication. I've also sent proof of purchase. I'm very dissatisfied and will avoid using this platform in the future!

Consider removing this app

The app is non-functional and adds unnecessary complications. My spouse purchased two tickets for an event happening tonight and wanted to share one with me. It turned into a daunting task. I had to create an account, and received numerous one-time codes to authenticate, but couldn’t find the shared ticket in my account, which didn’t exist. Additionally, accessing my profile data to make changes was frustrating; there was no option to navigate back or to a 'Home' screen, making it impossible to proceed. It feels like a poorly developed app in dire need of extensive testing.

Major disappointment

I had to change my email address for reasons beyond my control. My tickets for a National Trust Christmas Lights event were sent to the old address before my account went down. Unfortunately, I hadn’t saved the tickets. They were sold through a specific platform, and the National Trust couldn’t assist me in retrieving them. Despite completing several forms as per the website's instructions, I haven't received any communication, even though I've provided my new email and phone number. I've also submitted proof of purchase. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will avoid using this website in the future.

Double service fee charged...

I encountered a popup on the website indicating that I needed to book parking first. I complied and was charged a £2.50 service fee. However, I couldn't purchase event tickets simultaneously with the parking. I had to revisit the website to buy the tickets for the event and was charged an additional £2.50 service fee.

No support after ticket purchase

After buying tickets and with only two days until the concert, I still haven't received them. I sought help, but the site links were unresponsive. There's only email support, which is unavailable on weekends, and no phone number provided. This feels like a scam site, ticking all the boxes for one. The only responses I received were automated emails regarding ticket updates. This has been the worst experience I've had with a ticket agent!

Awful customer service experience

Purchasing six tickets for an event turned into a nightmare. The parking tickets I requested were not included in my order, while an insurance policy I didn’t ask for was added. I've spent considerable time trying to resolve this issue, only to be denied a refund for the unwanted insurance policy. To make matters worse, I had to pay an admin fee to buy the parking tickets separately, which I believe were omitted due to an online booking glitch. What should have been an enjoyable purchase for a family outing has turned into a frustrating ordeal, leaving me feeling cheated. The response from customer support was bland and unhelpful, making me feel scammed. I will be sharing my negative experience widely and advise others to avoid this service if possible.
