I had to change my email address through no fault of my own. My tickets for a holiday event were sent to that address before my account became inaccessible. Unfortunately, I hadn't saved the tickets. They were sold through a third-party platform, and the company couldn't assist me in retrieving them. I've filled out several forms, as advised on the platform's website, but the event date is approaching. Despite providing my new email address and phone number in the forms, I haven't received any communication. I've also sent proof of purchase. I'm very dissatisfied and will avoid using this platform in the future!
