It was clearly an honest mistake, yet no support was offered. While I understand the need for terms, it's disheartening to see such a lack of customer care during errors. I would have even been willing to pay a small fee to fix it. If it had been days or weeks, I would understand the reluctance to amend. On a positive note, their email response was quick, and communication was excellent, despite the unfortunate outcome.
