Ordering tickets was very straightforward. We received them via email quickly, and the best part was avoiding the long lines to enter the Pantheon. It's worth noting that entry is free for those under 18. The Pantheon is stunning, bridging ancient and medieval times with Italy's recent history.
I was let down by the support regarding my ticket. I bought tickets last minute and realized the time slot was incorrect. I emailed right away for help but was told they couldn't assist due to their terms and conditions. This was particularly disappointing since it happened in just 10 minutes. It was clearly an honest mistake, yet no support was offered. While I understand the need for terms, it's disheartening to see such a lack of customer care during errors. I would have even been willing to pay a small fee to fix it. If it had been days or weeks, I would understand the reluctance to amend. On a positive note, their email response was quick, and communication was excellent, despite the unfortunate outcome.
