I searched for flights to HK for January next year and was initially quoted return flights for £456.12. They took a deposit of £80 (the lack of an option to pay in full should have raised a red flag). Afterward, I was supposed to receive a call for the remaining balance. When I called them after about 20 minutes to finalize the booking, I was told the representative I was dealing with had finished for the day and was advised to call back the next morning. I did so, and the representative assured me she would arrange the tickets and call me back. However, 15 minutes later, someone else called to complete the booking and take the balance, but 'unfortunately, the airline no longer has tickets for that date and the price is now £750 if you're flexible with dates!' I expressed that this was dishonest and unacceptable and requested my deposit back. They wanted £50 as an admin fee, leaving me with only £30. I refused to pay more and asked for a cancellation. I later received an email stating they would refund £9 to my card and provide a £71 voucher for future use. I have no intention of returning to this service and insisted on the £30 refund, which they said would take 7-10 days. Be cautious, as they also operate under another name. This is a service to avoid.
