I was looking for flights to HK for January next year and was initially offered return flights for £456.12. The next day, I spoke to her, and she assured me she would arrange the tickets. However, 15 minutes later, another person called to inform me that the airline no longer had tickets and the new price was £750 if I could adjust my travel dates. I found this to be dishonest and unacceptable, requesting my deposit back, but they demanded a £50 admin fee, meaning I would only receive £30. I refused to pay more and asked for a cancellation. I then received an email stating they would refund £9 and provide a £71 voucher for future use, which I do not intend to use. I insisted on the £30 refund, which they said would take 7-10 days. Be cautious, as they also operate under another name. This is a service to avoid.
