A Disheartening Experience

As a verified reviewer across multiple platforms, I can attest that many negative reviews reflect genuine experiences, similar to mine. I recently encountered troubling customer service after spending £3029. I initially spoke with a representative who was courteous and offered a flight at a reasonable price. However, after committing to a deposit, I was informed that the flight prices had increased and our seats were released. Despite my attempts to communicate my urgency due to my son's upcoming performance, the representative's attitude shifted drastically when I requested a refund. After multiple calls, I was told my deposit wouldn't be returned, which feels unfair. Eventually, I was offered a flight that turned out to be incorrect. The subsequent representatives were dismissive and rude. I am still waiting for resolution and will provide updates on my situation.
