However, the lack of refunds for this delay felt quite unjust, especially since transferring tickets was not an option. The scheduled start time was 9 PM, and since it hadn't begun yet, I was unable to get a refund, sell the tickets, or transfer them. Ultimately, I had to give my phone to a close friend to use the tickets and then retrieve my phone afterward.
