Apparently ticketmaster has removed the ability for yourself or the agents to change your phone number on the account. I must have registered my account back in 2010-2011 with a phone number that I had for maybe 6-8 months. I don't know what it is and ticketmaster says that they can't change it and I have to create a new account. So now some random person who has my old phone number is getting text messages from this website meant for me and there is nothing this company can do about it. Absolute FAIL on your end ticketmaster.
