The ticketing process was smooth as well as when entering the venue, saving the ticket to my digital wallet was also an easy process. My only concern is the process of reselling 2 tickets I had. The website did mention to wait 1-7 days after the event itself, but it might just be me feeling anxious now that it's been 3 days since the event. Other than that the process of buying and selling tickets I didn't need since I wasn't going to the other concert date was very smooth process
