Entering the venue was a complete mess, with people pushing past us. They didn’t even check our friends' tickets, and we expected a smoother entry for the price we paid. The bar lines were incredibly long, and it would have been helpful to know about other bar areas beforehand. Overall, it felt very disorganized.
